February 2013 DC Bar Exam

I saw that someone posted the DC essay subjects today in a post on another site:

1. Property Law: Commercial lease and duties
2. Agency/Principal
3. Contracts: Demanding assurances under UCC 2, Anticipatory Repudiation, etc.
4. Evidence: Hearsay, admissible, relevant evidence
5. Con Law: Freedom of Speech, public function doctrine
6. Civ Pro: Issue/Claim Preclusion

You survived the MBE yesterday.  You survived the essays today.  Congrats!  Go enjoy a cold one and relax, you've earned it.
