February 2009 DC bar exam

Congrats to everyone that completed the February bar exam yesterday, especially all the retakers out there. The torpedo is in the water...nothing to do now but get back to the regular grind and wait for the explosions (of joy) when you get your results.

I heard from someone via the comments that the following subjects were tested on the MEE for the February 2009 DC bar exam:

Evidence (character evidence/impeach witnesses)
Property (joint tenancy v. tenancy in common)
Civ Pro (service of process by e-mail to person in foreign country/choice of law)
Corporations (fiduciary responsibility of corporate boards)
Commercial Paper (check/forged indorsement/theft of check)
Torts (negligence/landlord tenant/personal injury)

I also heard that the two MPTs were
Memo to Partner (Objective)
Memo to Court (Persuasive)

All I can say is, man, I am soooo glad all that bar exam jazz is behind me!
